Hello, I bought the smaller weber chimney thinking I could use it to get high heat in a 14 grill, but I think it holds too little charcoal since I can only manage to hit medium high temps, which then drop to medium very quickly (and stay there). After 45 min the hot area will then be your medium cooking area for any late cooking. Generally, this is a difficult thing to grill correctly.
