pink sugar travel spray

I tried it again after having it a few months, after it had darkened up a bit, and it was amazing! I will be repurchasing whenever I wanna smell sweet and warm! This is 1 of my top 5 that I keep in rotation.. That aside, I do like this fragrance and find it to be an easy grab-and-go scent for casual occasions. This is a nice scent for all ages to wear, and very lovely! At first its very spicy/licorice-y but it all mellows together after the dry down. If you like sweet and licorice, this may be for you.

Although admittedly a bit immature, I actually really enjoy Pink Sugar! I blind bought this and I originally enjoyed it at first but now I dont really like it anymore. It smells more like marshmallows than cotton candy. I know people will hate me for what I'm about to say but it needs to be addressed.

Also, according to many reviews, I expected it to be "girly", immature almostthe first thing I thought when I smelled it for the first time was that it's more for older women as the licorice felt quite heavy.

And I didn't like it at all, it smelled weird and not even sweet to me, sold it right away basically.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after using it several times, I really like the scent. Now, for some reason I wanted to try this again :D and I don't know if it's been reformulated or my sense of smell has changed that much, but it's absolutely perfect to me now. It's Prada Candy's kid sister. I caved in and bought a bottle, it's actually good. I haven't been more wrong in my life! It starts off very in your face so I would say spray about 15 mins before leaving the house but the dry down is nice and strong but not to much. Admittedly, I dont reach for this perfume much as I have much nicer gourmands in my collection that do the same thing, but better (see: Kayali Vanilla 28). my nose kept looking for the licorice note to harmoniously save Pink Sugar from being too much but i felt as if i had too much candy and had a massive sugar rush and my stomach hurts a little. I really did like it. Its true it also smells a bit immature, but I dont see anything wrong with it. I could see them layering nicely with the fruity category also. this literally smells like Angel without the patchouli and fake chocolate. I find it to be a great layering scent when I want to Amp up sweetness and it pairs well with so many fragrances. The dry down is a bit more manageable but once you smell the liquorice, it overpowers most of the other notes and you cant ignore it even though its a bit milder in the dry down. The $20 3.4 oz always seemed like a risk to me (I know mathematically that doesn't make sense but HEY whatever). It's very gross. Today, all I can smell is the licorice notes.

The newest one is like pure anisette, almost like a very watery, diluted perfume with lots of licorice/anise and sugar and doesn't have much depth. I finally managed to get my hands on a bottle. Burnt sugar, licorice that dries down to vanilla, cotton candy and caramel but still very much has this burned sticky vibe throughout entire time, I don't get fruity notes from this at all. bottle). A lot of people were able to smell the perfume on her, so it's definitely a strong one. The opening is very sugary and sweet, definitely can smell the cotton candy and caramel notes, the licorice took me by surprise, so potent but lovely.

I got this perfume some years ago for a great price and what I can say about it is that offers a great quality, and on my skin I can smell the burnt caramel the strawberry which makes it delicious and very sweet .

. With that in mind, I absolutely hate this perfume. This smells like sugary cotton candy. My juice is 100% clear still. This was my signature scent fresh out of high school. I really like Pink Sugar, I liked how it smelled immediately out of the bottle and when it settled on my skin it just smells like luscious vanilla, caramel and marshmallow. These days I don't smell the licorice at all in it. Cotton candy, sugary, caramely goodness. This was a cheap 30ml blind buy for me. Lasting power is excellent, lasts more than a day.

It does smell a bit powdery at first on my skin, but after 30 minutes or so the powdery note disappears and it becomes so beautiful, sweet, sexy and comfortable scent. It was definitely not something I would wear . I remembered hearing great things about this one over the years and when I saw it in a reputable online store for a great price, I went for it. I blind bought it because of the hype, bad decision. longevity is insanely good, a true bang for your buck. I get the liquorice toffee and strawberry candies with a gentle touch of tonka beans. On my 8th bottle and cannot get enough of it. i have SUCH mixed feelings about this scent. she is cheap in price but her longevity and silliage is better than some of my $100+ perfumes! I wonder if this gets sweeter with age. Not classy at all but super sexy. Very sweet, but with a slight kick to it that stops it from being cloying, especially if sprayed lightly. I finally bought this perfume after so many years of wanting it. My boyfriend smells the good stuff but I sadly don't. This is what a unicorn would smell like. How glad I am that I ordered the smallest bottle.

I was born in the 90s so it really should have been a nostalgia scent for me but I haven't known this perfume before, at least not by name.

It is super sweet but somehow not disgustingly so? Please sample this before buying a full bottle; you'll either love it or hate it. i would judge you if you wore this around me. I have been wearing this off and on (mostly on) since I was 18. Nice but not groundbreaking. On average, I get around 7+ hours of wear on my skin and even longer on clothing. The other day I sprayed myself, went to the store for an hour, came home and when I went into my bedroom I smelled it in the air. This has more than its very cheap dupe (Star Nature's Cotton Candy is exactly the same but it only has the cotton candy smell) in it. Too much for me. That burnt smokey note makes it mature and not very feminine. To me, this smells like youve just baked something. Price is amazing I got this for 10 for a 50ml off Amazon!

Its delicious and comforting. Amazing! YUM. My boyfriend prefers this on me over my most expensive perfumes. It's called PINK SUGAR, and comes in a bottle with pink candy stripes, there's really nothing misleading about it.

I have just the smallest amount left from years ago and reach for it when Im feeling nostalgic. Very faint, cheap sweet licorice and that's it. I smell a little bit of Angel but it was too geil for my nose. Liquorice make this a bit dark and spicy. My Search Is Over!!!!! At first I thought it was too sharp, and it was more spicy and peppery than it was cotton candy-ish. I dont find it to be cloying or overwhelming.

Simply amazing if your a sweet perfume lover.

What's more, it appears you only need like a one or two sprays and you're fine to go. It's so sweet and girly and oddly fresh somehow. But moving on, the sillage is great and the longevity is INCREDIBLE. | | Nederlands | Srpski | Romn | | | | |, Copyrights 2006-2022 Fragrantica.com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. I love this, it is straight up cotton candy and super super super super sweet. At this very moment I'm wearing it with Bath and Body Works Cotton Candy Clouds and omg. There are worst perfumes that this, but going by the raving reviews, I guess I am an alien because I cannot understand what all the fuss is around this one. I'm more of a clean, floral, semi-powdery, semi-fruity girl. smells so good, not too sweet but like a warm vanilla scent. Really. Unless you want to smell like cotton candy I would not recommend. Very long lasting & has good sillage, and its also slightly mature because of the musk. The licorice note only lasts for the first ten minutes for me, thankfully, and the rest of the wear time is just sugary warmth with a little nuance of berry on top.

Very sweet caramel feminine playful fragrance :) Ahhhmazing for the longevity and the price you pay! Cotton candy, that's what I smell. this fragrance is lowkey a toothache but if youre into gourmands this should be right up your ally. Thank you God!!!! Ill wait till fall to try it again or maybe layer it and see how it goes. The licorice note is nowhere near as strong, and by that I mean that it's barely detectable. I mostly get cotton candy and caramel but slightly burnt. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I'm nearly 30 but I can't give this scent up. Overall this is a hit or miss, either you smell the licorice way too much or you get the good sweet gourmand notes. Theres that slight woody/smoky note, almost like caramel thats been slightly burnt, like when you torch the sugar on top of crme brle. I don't remember any licorice. It smells like burned sugar and incense to me . I only bought this cus of the hype but friends, this one truly shocked me!

there's a sharpness that accompanies the burnt sugar smell coming from the bergamot/orange that somehow makes the smell even more nauseating. but for the price i cant complain. Amazing if you like sweet. It smells exactly like those German roasted almonds you can buy around the holidays- sweet, burnt sugar, cinnamon, and buttery praline. Once this settles, it is simply a warm, burnt sugar that has surprisingly good sillage and impressive longevity. L'Instinct, the New Flanker of Habit Rouge by Guerlain, Dusita Montri: Fragrance Review & Musings on Classicism, Pink Sugar Perfume by Aquolina 1 oz (. Longlasting as well. It lasts the whole day and people can smell it from across the room! I have to be in a specifically sweet mood for it, but when I wear it, whew, it projects! It's wonderful and an amazing value since it can be acquired for such a low sticker price! To me it smells like vanilla and musky powder, with a little artificial strawberry and caramel. Smelling like pure sugar and candy has it's perks. It reminds me of a mix of the candy necklesses we had as kids and cotton candy. I will wear this off and on until forever!! Longevity is bad. Very beautiful. I was surprised that it was not overly sweet on me. My boyfriend LOVED it. This will always be apart of my collection for sure. I blind bought it several years ago (a 1.7 fl oz) and honestly I havent even gotten halfway through my bottle yet. It's quite nice but definitely more mature than I was expecting. The price isnt expensive, so you get what you get for longevity. I had to grab it since it was so inexpensive and Im super glad I did. It's sexy and sultry! The first time I tried this perfume in the store, I liked it. Literal cotton candy. This is now my signature fragrance, because it is so approachable and warm. My only complaint is that it can become sickeningly sweet at times and makes me feel queasy if I accidentally overspray (which is relatively easy to do). I was super disappointed because, like most young teenage girls, I loved smelling like the sweetest most sickly scent I could get my hands on. I dont get cotton candy or caramel, but more like a baked butter sugar cookie, or a frosted cupcake that you took the time to make totally from scratch with a little spice or zest added.

It has this drunken, love at first sight quality that I appreciate a grown up cotton candy for sure. I first tried it in 2012 and I didn't like it. My only complaint is I think this would thrive if the noticeable licorice note wasn't there (it goes away as it sets in though) but other than that it's so reliable and lasts without a need for a touchup!

Keep in mind, I am a huge fan of gourmands and overall sweet scents, so if these scents arent really your thing then take my opinion with a grain of salt. so good get this!!!!!

The silage is good for its price I can smell it very well and its a sweet perfume. Cant believe this exists such a hidden gem! NO. It lasts a long time and you can definitely smell it. It is fun, and very girly and smells like pink cotton candy, red berries and caramel.

Thats what it is to me if I wasnt thinking too hard about the notes. You should absolutely not overspray this, but if you use it moderately you'll smell like heaven and attract many guys (and girls too lol). The bottle is the cutest. A lot of people complain about a burnt smell on them, and I would call it more of a smoky/toasted marshmallow note on my skin. otherwise, when i smell this on a good day, it just makes me feel like a happy girl hanging out with friends during a school break. Great one for such a low price! Synthetic with a hint of true sugar sweetness. I loved this perfume when it came out! If you don't like very sweet scents you would hate this.

I think this compliments the licorice, which smells synthetic. I love sweet scents, however Pink Sugar is a huge no for me. Sillage is ok. Not my favorite, but nostalgic feelings weigh heavier. Need I say more? You cant beat the overall value, considering the price and the longevity/sillage. Not something I wear anymore, but I still like to have a bottle for the nostalgia.

I was really hoping this was going to be sugary and warm smelling on me. I always have a FOMO when it comes to these cult classic perfumes. Unfortunately I didn't like this myself. i also dont get how its immature and for young teens only, i personally dont find it childish at all. First and ONLY perfume I ever completely finished besides various loves baby soft aerosol cans when I was 5-6 years old. I'm not mad at it, considering the price. Extreme Cake baking is the national sport, and Duff Goldman is a national war hero. The dry down on this perfume is amazing. BUT the drydown is spectacular.

like an early 2000s youth movie where youre the slightly mean main character and your boyfriend is calling you on your flip phone but you roll your eyes because he loves you a little too much. A little goes a long way, sillage and projection are beast mode! Lady Gaga is President, Britney Spears is Vice president. I love the hair perfume spray as well. I avoided this fragrance for years bc I assumed it was a cheap teeny boppy scent I am way too grown to wear. In my mind, it's made for cold weather, chunky sweaters and cozy indoor activities. To me, it is lovely sweet scent. I now primarily get vanilla and lemon, a combination I love. It lasts 8-10 hours on my skin and it literally smells like I just sprayed it. Personally I don't believe there's a age limit for perfumes, I own some perfumes considered "old lady" and some that were literally made for children(I have a Winnie the Pooh perfume that constantly gets me compliments), random people won't know the differenceso wear what makes YOU happy and feel beautiful, and this perfume is a very beautiful and happy scent . Terrible, would not bother to give it another try. It's super gourmand and it smells absolutely fantastic! will forever be one of my all time favorite scents. I agree that Pink Sugar is more complex and interesting than it is regarded to be, appropriate for every age in every season. So when I became an adult I bought it and instantly regretted it. I picked up what was the cotton candy but in a synthetic, sickly note.

However, I can see pink sugar being great for layering with other fragrances for a sweet & girly scent. Aroma by Costa Brazil: Candidate For Best Fragrance 2022?

$ This is one of the strongest perfumes I've come across so a little goes a very long way! This used to be my signature scent. I LOVE how it smells on me in the hotter climate. It's like a super sweet licorice that sticks in my nose and just comes off as spicy sweet rather than candy sweet.

I bought mine brand new so I have no idea, just thought Id make a side note of it. Not sure if I would buy it again, maybe for the bottle. However, you have to like very sweet scents! Its amazing for the price and I love the smell, Im just not settled yet. I got a little bit of the licorice or musk/sandalwood and it was nothing short of "awful." not a sexy smell! Beast perfume. Marissa Zappas Announces A New Collection + A Giveaway! Very sugary! This would be a good smell for teen. I really love it for its qualities as a scent and for how comforting it is.

Idk why but it gives me dancer vibes.

These are feel good pick me up sweet innocent nostalgia in a bottle. Wow. For the price, you can't find a better deal on a fragrance imho. I really overdid it with this perfume because I went nose blind to it for a short while lol. So it was technically a blind buy but I don't really mind. I believe it's the licorice note. The dry down smells delicious like vanilla, caramel, cotton candy and roasted almonds.

I do not like the initial blast of burnt sugar and licorice but the dry down is heavenly! Just really sugary and gourmand. Pink Sugar is girly, flirty, and sweet however not too childish. This is more than cotton candy, I had to wear this for a while for it to grow on me and really figure out how it best works with my chemistry. I feel a bit old for this scent but I don't care. I would wear it everyday to school and got the nickname Candyfloss because it was so sweet.

When you first spray this prepare to get a headache lol but it is amazing! Ive never had a fragrance last that long on clothes, crazy. Immediately, I get black licorice drizzled with powdery caramel alongside a soft touch of green fig and bergamot. One of the best affordable buys, no synthetic or chemical smell in it either, love it!! It was still cheaper than the one bottle of a usual designer frag. Love pink sugar definitely one of my favorites in my collection, definitely good for layering. Very light and sweet. Its unfortunate because this fragrance actually has moderate longevity and silage for its price but I wish they toned down the liquorice or removed it altogether. It is really sweet but not headache inducing at all. As the dry-down begins, lip-smacking cotton candy (easily my favorite part) starts to peek through breezy waves of sandalwood; a total surprise, as I was envisioning some sort of hyper-juvenile fragrance, when its ultimately more complex than that. OMG, I'm in love!! Iconic. Was expecting cotton candy note to be the most dominant but for me it was the licorice (which I like but never smelled in a perfume) and something spicy sweetI'm gonna have to test the longevity but it seems pretty fine so far. One positive thing, I expected it to smell cheap but it really doesn't. Its long lasting, the silage is great, and its a good quality blend that is really affordable these days. I had no idea this existed till a few months ago. I cannot go wrong with this, I thought. I hated on thus fragrance for years before I tried it for myself and now I am kicking myself for not adding it to my collection all this time. a year later, i'm down to the last 10% of my bottle and just bought a backup, so i thought i would finally give it a review. This was out and popular before I appreciated the cotton candy category. Pink sugar fits me. It is not appealing to me at all. It is elegant and appropriate for any age. i have a love-hate relationship with this perfume. This is like my personal brand of herione its a sugary scent but not too much. My mom still buys it for me for holidays sometimes so Ill never escape it, and Im in my mid-30s now. This is remade in candles all the time. This is perfect for winter as it has a sugar-plum fairy vibe. If you had someone who was unfamiliar with the scent or scent notes they would probably just say cotton candy and baby powder. I'm always skeptical of EDTs but this one actually LASTS. I actually thought this would be a scrubber on first sniff but I decided to give it a fair chance. It's nothing like it was in the cooler weather. I was intrigued by all the talk about this so I had to go smell it for myself. It's a smell that overwhelms a room, even if I just put two sprays on, everyone around me can tell. Yes, it's a little immature. I can still smell it on my pillows the next morning even. I hadn't smelled it for a while and I smelled it recently and it doesn't have that same appeal to me as it used to. Bit disappointed because at first it smells like soap but then it dries down to this weird strawberry/cotton candy/ vanilla mix on my skin. It also smelled a little bit synthetic. Its also unlike any other perfume Ive smelled before. Nicky Minaj is Secretary of Defense. Sometimes I really crave this one, sweet burnt sugar, cottoncandy. I excitedly ripped open the packaging and sprayed Sweet cotton candy scented fragrance. At first, I tried it because of a friend's recommendation.

A bit too sweet for my taste. I truly love it. It smells like candy which is nice, but I find the scent to be a little too tangy. I pick up on the licorice in this right away which I do like and apparently works for me. I was so excited for this to be a sugar bomb but all I smell is a peculiar mixture of licorice and powder? I hate it. I finally got my hands on this and this smells so good. It's very sexy and long wearing.

I hate licorice and can't smell it in here fortunately for me. This smells especially great layered with the Christmas Cookies Body Cream from BBW. I'm devastated because according to the notes I should adore this, but I have never hated any perfume more than I hate this one. It was heaven. And I honestly feel something changed on it or my nose started to pick up different things, because within a week's time I started to love it. At first i was skeptical if I would like it or not with the licorice note in it (i am NOT a fan of anything licorice) but this is actually a really pretty scent! I grew to despise this scent as time went on. I find it screechy and offensive. It'd be one thing if this cost niche or even designer prices - but I think it's pretty appealing for being so cheap.
