The resort exceeded expectation in almost every category, Staff, night time entertainment,and food was outstanding! Kids club was one of a kind. -The photo shop runs a fishing scheme of giving out a free photo. The Staff were wonderful & attentive to your needs even when there was some language barrier. Food was fantastic, drinks were quality, facilities and activities were great. A lot of activities for kids. My husband needed a dentist urgently and she helped us all the way in finding one, reserving an appointment then she kept checking on him and his tooth. Staff needs to be a bit more attentive to guests. Bad: A la carte restaurants are hard to book, not very lively and more suited for elderly guests, minimal wayfinding signage in the hotel makes it very difficult to find your way around the hotel, entrance and lobby don't quite look like a 5-star hotel. Restaurant reservation system is just wrong. Several swimming pools, some of them very large. Yasine the chef of servers in the bars was extremely friendly, memorized our orders, and always greeted us like friends. Thank you to all the staff at Lara Barut for the amazing stay and service.

Hotel is directly on the beach, but beach is a long walk away from the hotel (shuttles are available). Please know that your comments are a great learning experience for our team and give us the opportunity to improve and to avoid small details such as these from happening again.
