Basketball Hoop is installed and perfect. wonderful cant wait to have the hot-tub in our backyard. Quick and accurate installation; great communication. I was very disappointed with the wait time to have the goal installed (5-6 weeks) & then told a week prior to arrival that the unit I wanted wasn't in stock. The sales person was excellent and very helpful. I was so upset when we ordered it that there was a 4-5 week wait on installation, but now I know why. They called ahead to let us know when they would be there. The quality of the playset is fantastic and my kids are loving it. So much so that they found us a spa that they had on the floor, in stock that could be delivered before our hoped for date, Thanksgiving! Also, when you go checkout their playsets they ask you to sign in. Both installers were friendly and polite to my family. The entire staff was very helpful and made the process very easy and stress free. I almost bought a 54" backboard but ended up buying a 60" backboard and I am happy I did. My hot tub is recessed below my deck so I have a removable framing around it. Great price and quick delivery and set up. They even settled an argument between my husband and myself about the placement of the playset and we BOTH couldn't be happier with where they recommended we have it installed. Seems like that could have been flushed on during the initial phone call. Great service. We recently purchased our new yard shed from Recreation Unlimited, and from start to finish it was a great experience. You can definitely count on Recreation Unlimited for excellent service and fair prices. We got a really nice playset and play surface for our kids this year. They were running a free install special during that time. Highly recommend both the spa itself (caldera) and the staff. The customer service team was very easy and pleasant to work with. I have purchased a basketball goal and a trampoline from Recreation Unlimited. Then I had follow up question for Alicia, and she simply neglected to respond. Would recommend to anyone. Showed up on the scheduled date and knocked out installation for both products on time and without leaving a big mess behind. And to see that they we genuinely just as excited to see how happy it made our kids during this super stressful and hard time we are living in (COVID19) made my heart melt. Company made it impossible for a return/refund said follow up with warranty from company even though I refuse to trial another product from the company. They did anyhow. We called to ask for help if anyone could come assess and Recs gave us the number to a demolition coordinating service. Recreation Unlimited did an amazing job building our shed. Well, I just ate my words and I've LITERALLY never been happier to do so From the customer service on the phone to the the guys who came to install our new playset, the crew at Recreation Unlimited was amazing. She walked me thru the process and was very knowledgeable about each and every hot tub .She compared them for me and had me sit in them to "get a real fit' .That helped me decide.Jackie was patient and professional. Linzi and Alicia were so kind and understanding through our waiting. Two days after the base install, Cierra called to inform me when the goal would be installed. lead time given and oh boy if you are sent to the GM Alicia then you are doomed that girl has no clue what she is talking about! Seriously, from 845am-545pm! Very happy customer. We did it all over the phone which was very easy. You need to have a place for the dirt to be dumped. Thank you! Just for a rude lady to say "oh ya I got your call and I don't know who told you we carry that product." It was an awful feeling and experience.

As soon as the schools and parks closed for COVID, we started researching swing sets for the kids. About twelve hours after he left, the next person on our deck was Theo, Recreation Unlimited's hot tub repair technician. On the day of install, I was getting ready and heard something so I looked outside, there was the crew installing our new hoop. We purchased a spa from RU in early October. Great job guys and if we move we will be taking this goal with us. We purchased the CalSpas Commander F-1681 Swim Spa. Kids love the playset! The installers arrived on the day Cierra told me they would arrive. I highly recommend! Overall it was a great experience. The installation process was smooth and they were even able to do it ahead of the projected date.

Extremely pleased with my whole experience with Recreation Unlimited. Unfortunately, their repair tech Theo left us with two deep gouges in our brand new composite deck when he mishandled the framing.The day before the incident, the carpenter building my deck did an inspection of his progress with me and my wife.

I have been buying from them for several years and find they have a very helpful staff, an amazing showroom, and the highest equipment from brands like Goalrilla, Spring Free, and Woodplay. I was home when the goal was installed but they arrived, installed and left so quickly, I did not even notice they had arrived. Setup and training were also outstanding. Great experience all the way through! and they have yet to make this good. We have been pricing them. Attorney is our next step. All of the staff that I came in contact with, sales,set up and installation made this an easy purchase.I selected the Seychelles with the fresh water salt system and so far, it's great. Both experiences were excellent. Very happy with the service we received. There were repeated delays, and we finally got the pergola constructed in September. When going to look at Hot Tubs at Recreation Unlimited we were met by Micaela she was very helpful and very informative helping us buying our new Cal Spa. And he spent as much time as necessary to make sure the shed was level in both directions. But yet they have had the payment in full from the tine of the order. I wish they could provide more attractive pricing, listen guys I never give reviews ok , In fact I believe this is my first , I ordered a new hoop , and the main reason I used you guys was the reviews of service , I live in Maine , was told expect delivery in 10 days , well that was a long freakin time ago guys , to me someone that tells there customers what they want to hear in order to create a sale is just simply a greedy person , did I spell that correctly ?GREEDY , ok , now as for people who have had great experiences with you , Im sure that's all true , as I am only speaking for my own experience , but I can say this , I learn from my mistakes , and the other 4 hoops I need to buy are not going to be through you , sincerely , Greg Cormier. They got to work and sure enough, we had an installed spa, up to temp with balance chemicals by Wednesday evening, the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. It is for use with the FROG Serene Floating or In-Line System. It was so difficult to find much selection in 2021, but we found the perfect hot tub at Recreation Unlimited. I knew he was here because I heard a loud bang. A security camera wouldn't pick up on the gouges; I would have needed high resolution slow motion video or something crazy like that. This year, on returning from our winter home, we found several issues with the pergola - the wood was not properly treated, the holes not pre-drilled properly, there are large cracks and splits in the entire structure. No matter what amount of proof I could provide, Recreation Unlimited was never willing to repair my property damage. I would highly recommend this company. The only upside to this place was that they didn't have a high-pressure sales person hounding you. Im sure it will require some normality maintenance. Linzi was so great at communicating with us and the service was great. Please check your entries and try again.

We needed to replace an old shed. Finally decided to take the "plunge" and went to Recreation Unlimited. Also, you can go and tryout pretty much all of their playsets.We bought ours while one of the home shows was going on. Loved their service! Also, the sales and install people were all great. I cant say enough about the Customer Care this Team at Recreation Unlimited has shown us. From the knowledgeable staff selling on the floor, to the friendly office staff to the install guys. We don't anticipate any issues with our new hoop. The Frog Serene mineral cartridge makes your spa water feel softer and is simple it manage. We purchased a Cal spa. However, they found what they could control and worked their hardest to get their customers taken care of. Bought a shed from this place. We ended up getting a $100 coupon in the mail, so I would say it was worth it.As to durability, I cannot speak to it yet. They were patient and were with me every step of the way while making our decision on a Trampoline and Goalsetter Basketball Hoop. Jackie in sales was kind, professional, easy to work with and helped us find the perfect fit. I worked with Linzi Jones and Alicia Schilke (The GM) and they are incompetent liars. We are super happy with our Goalrilla goal and our 3 boys love playing every day! They took the time to put it exactly where I wanted it, confirming multiple times. that just answered me and gave me some kind of real idea of cost and answered all my questions I had before actually heading out to get a hot tub. His estimate came out to be $1200 ($250 in materials, $950 in labor). In the pouring rain, the two gentlemen that were installing it, were installing it as though it was for their own kids. The grandchildren love it and I wish I had done it a long time ago. She spent a lot of time w/ me on finding out what I wanted & needed. I am pleased with the shed. We worked with Kaitlyn the whole time and her customer service was top notch! Thanks to Jackie, our sales person, we have a good source of exercise and entertainment for our 4 kiddos during the time period where we are spending lots of time at home. Oh, and we never even went to the showroom (again, COVID). We're very happy with our purchase. I am sorry but my decision is final. I don't care, really, I gave my money to R.U. An online search led us to Recreation Unlimited. The shed is absolutely beautiful. The delivery team was very good and helped us get everything running. Friendly, professional, and punctual outfit. The other reviews are great and our set is really well made. My family and I recently purchased our first hot tub and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked through the door to the shed being placed in my yard, the team at Recreation Unlimited answered questions and provided information I needed. I believe this is when he dropped the framing, which weighs 80+ lbs and has sharp metal reinforcing beams on the underside. It was exactly the right size and looks great in my backyard. Used with companion Frog Bromine Cartridges. Because of Covid, the model we originally purchased was delayed by many weeks. Our builder explained that due to the fact that our boards are clipped in like tongue and groove flooring, it would require a two man crew two full working days to remove every board until they reached the damaged board. They cant be beat on price or service. Dont hold your breath if you have been given a lead time we are on the 4th? Our kids are loving it! We worked with Kelly Kolb to pick out the perfect model and the rest of the staff including Micaela and Becky were there every step of the way to answer questions and ensure that we had everything we needed.The installation crew arrived on time and provided excellent customer service.We will recommend Recreation Unlimited to everyone we know!
