This 453-room, 3.5-star hotel has ski-in/ski-out access, a free water park, and 6 restaurants. They recommend you do everything online - follow that recommendation and youll find it very efficient. My kids had severe allergies from cockroaches. Very bad customer service at the front desk, very expensive rooms and not a great waterpark. The restaurant near by was good. They said it was indicated in the confirmation Email, but I still did not find it in my confirmation Email. We enjoyed many of the waterslides. They went on the bumper cars and indoor tree course as well. TVs come with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Adult beverages were available throughout the park as well. TIP: VIP seating was not needed (plenty of seats since not very crowded), but worth it and probably very helpful on weekends or holidays. This is good advice for any hotel, but these vending areas are large and seem to be congregating areas around 10-11 pm. Charged $100 to cancel a room that was booked less than 24 HOURS prior because they didnt think our reason was justified.
