I called the hotel the morning of my wedding to ask if the shuttle could arrive at 3:00pm, to which I was then put on hold for about 25 minutes by the front desk receptionist as they were finding the shuttle schedule. After the 25 minutes, I asked if they could please call me back when they found the schedule as it was my wedding day and I had other things I needed to do other than be on hold.
