Service was great! The a/c system doesnt work well, we get no cool air while outside 30+ celcius. However this resort is full of Russians and they are not a friendly bunch to hang out with. We will be back!! The hardware of this resort is good, but in terms of staff attitude and interactions, I would rate this as poor. There was a ton of storage in the room and the kitchen and laundry were great to have.Housekeeping came every other day and we never needed anything in between.
