Myself and husband had horrible allergies. I have been diagnosed with an Interstitial Lung Disease called Pulmonary Fibrosis and cannot risk the fiberglass working its way out of the covering and into my lungs. I mean it says everything else that the mattress is made of, but not once done it say anything about fiber glass. We found out too late about the fiber glass and have done loads of laundry AFTER cleaning the cover and now there are strands of fiberglass embedded in all of our childrens clothes and ours. We figured we could remove the cover. 2 days after, i started to get itchy, dog was sneezing a lot. status of any class action settlement claim.

If your Zinus mattress leaked fiberglass that injured you or caused property damage, you are most likely entitled to receiving financial compensation from the liable company. Have a call with the Amazon safety department to discuss additional compensation .

I also folded a quilt up as another layer under my fitted sheet. My sister has a major rash on her back and neck. I have two of these mattresses and just put a flashlight over the second mattress that has the top cover over it (never been opened) and I can see these reflective fibers, the same fibers that are now all over my apartment. Im so upset!
