this hose was so crappy after 8 uses threw them both away, what a waste of moneyI am now back to the OLD WAY.. pull and tug and untangle the old hose.. bought really didnt do as they claimed, 50ft not worth the money. expected to be mailed out. These conniving schmucks need to be reigned in. There are laws to prevent sales of defective products on the market, how could this product pass testing in the first place and sneak through the process, I purchased 2 and was very dissatisfied with this product. !!! I feel that the company should refund whole amount plus +++++ time spending going to get them and of the hearing of my wife talking bad about the company. Thats worth more than the hoses cost. WHATS UP WITH THIS SETTLEMENT. It was connected to a pressure washer, I dripped a little gas on the hose.

GOT A CHECK TODAY FOR $12.00. Ive had several Pocket Hoses as some of the merchants where I purchased them were good enough to let me return defective ones and get free replacements. Neither were left out in the sun or weather (I figured since it had elastic in it, that would be sensitive to temp changes and light). Home Depot and others who advertise this product will never reimburse anyone for their purchase because of their 30 day policy. Why is Home Depot still selling these things if they are defective? UPDATE 2: Payments from the Pocket Hose class action settlement appear to have been mailed in early May 2015. I figured it would be light weight and easier to handle than a regular water hose for her. . | THEY TOO FILL UP APART. Bought my hose last summer and used it a few times. There is no update on the Settlement Administrator site at this time confirming this. They are defective and all will burst soon after purchase ! GOD IS SO GOOD. Just like Texas Steer work boots NO QUALITY. I too purchased this hose based on the advertisement. I JUST WALK IN W/THE BLOWN HOSE I A GARBAGE BAG AND WALK OUT W/A NEW ONE.
