The first day we saw it we knew we were getting married there. The hotel itself is exquisite and has a unique charm that we loved. I think it We had our wedding at The Madison a few weeks ago, and got so many compliments! The venue also includes a lot of extras that other venues will charge for, including escort cards, menus, candles, a suite for bride/groom, cake, etc., and there is complimentary breakfast in the lobby for all guests that stay overnight. I don't know how this place does it, but they do it well. Our cer A job well done! We worked with Charles D and Joe Z on the planning and execution respectively and they both were super accommodating, responsive and did whatever they could to customize the day to make our experience exceptional. From the coordination of ceremonies and receptions to the crafting of signature menus, The Madison Hotel is prepared to give silver-spoon service. The whole weekend was perfection and I have the amazing staff at The Madison for making me want to relive the whole weekend over again! Another note is that there is a sound limitation in the conservatory due to neighbors that made us a little nervous however the sound system that the Madison has in the conservatory was completely fine and we didn't feel as though we were missing any volume during our dance party! Out of the countless places that we had looked at online, the Madison Hotel was everything we dreamed of, but we were a little skeptical of the amazing prices, and the beautiful atmosphere. It was also nice that the hotel is attached to the Red Dog Tavern so we could keep the party going long after the reception! The people working there genuinely want to make sure it is the best day of your life - they were flexible with guests (ex: we had some order a bottle to go and sit outside until very late night!) Once we got to see The Madison Hotel in person, I knew it was definitely going to be our wedding venue, and we didnt even take the time to look anywhere else. Our guests have all raved about the conservatory and the food! Our wedding was a weekend event from Friday to Sunday. We loved how elegant and unique the venue is. He made sure everything went according to plan, and was always present and visible throughout the day. Joe was our maitred we cant say enough nice things about him. I would recommend it to a friend! We had a spring weather, the flowers in the Conservatory Room helped our wedding theme of "garden romance." re'd since they assign one a few weeks before the wedding, but as soon as I met Carolina, all my nervousness about whether everything would go as planned went away.

Now two years is a big gap of time, so over the two years, there were changes in catering staff, but the venue was very good about updating us on the changes and anything we needed to do. Most of all the staff blew us away! This establishment has provided over 75 years of excellent services. The day of, she checked on me often, helped my mom bustle my dress, and made sure my husband and I had food and drink with how quickly everything went during the cocktail hour and reception. about. rfect! If you want a one stop shop for all of your wedding needs and also have it be absolutely incredible then this is where you need to book! The location was gorgeous and the staff did a wonderful job of quickly transforming the room with our multiple flower arrangements and gifts for each guest on each table. The Madison Hotel captivates guests through its extravagant 4,000-square-foot Glynallynn Ballroom, its detailed dining rooms, and the impressive conservatory. Make sure you go to one of the wedding expos to taste the food options, since they don't do individual tastings. We had our reception there in early June and are very happy with the results! He packed up everything for us after the wedding and sent it up to our suite. We also had our room block & rehearsal dinner booked through The Madison (Rod's wine room for the rehearsal dinner), and it was nothing short of incredible. We are beyond satisfied and happy! Many of our guests stayed over at the hotel, and the hotel rooms were clean, well-furnished, and very reasonably priced.

Every member on staff was always available to answer questions and made sure we actually had time to enjoy our reception. Throughout the night, Carolina moved everything to our room, so we didn't have to worry about losing anything or cleaning up.
