Broadlands is situated in the heart of beautiful Bourton on the Water and we are situated in a quiet location but within a few minutes walk of the river and all the local attractions, gift shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Would have liked to have seen a hand sanitizer outside the door of the breakfast room for use as you enter from the courtyard. The plastic ones are meant for the bathroom! We stayed over night, the room was very clean , we had the full English breakfast which was included. The champagne ordered by our family was beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable stay at Broadlands Hotel. Would definitely book again. Staff lovely. Our room was lovely and spacious. 1st break away for quite some time felt very welcome the room, breakfast, staff, facilities ,service was excellent, contributed to a very enjoyable stay. Stayed in Room 3 which was a small double en-suite but adequate for a couple of nights. At night it was extremely quiet and we had two nights of uninterrupted sleep! Would definitely cone here again. What a lovely friendly welcome we had too! Only 3 minutes walk to the village centre. Were made very welcome by the family run business. The hosts were very friendly and my husband's guide dog enjoyed himself too (and was made a fuss of). All in all a very relaxing overnight stay. It was perfectly located and several good places to eat very close by. We liked the Hotel, nice accommodation with a really good breakfast.

We stayed in room 6 a family room it was just perfect fir my friend n I as there was a double bed downstairs and twin bed upstairs so we didnt have to hear each other . We would highly recommend the Broadlands to friends and family. Host very friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfasts and the prompt and friendly service. Would certainly stay here again without question. It had a lovely mix of young people and elderly and was very peaceful! Great breakfast and service. I am so sorry about the cups, we always have cups in the rooms for tea and coffee, it must have been an oversight from housekeeping.
