This unit has been rented solid since March of 2019 and a deep clean will address many items that are not part of the normal change over clean including: cleaning baseboards throughout, moving furniture and sweeping & vacuuming underneath, removing all items out of the kitchen cabinets & wiping them down, cleaning light fixtures & ceiling fans, cleaning under & behind appliances ,etc. It was a pleasure meeting with Jo DeAngelis to re-evaluate and choose new plan for my husband as well as my father. Complex amenities include a 4th floor swimming pool and sun deck, a complex hot tub, access to inner courtyard area, as well as access to the large oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest complex across the street and legendary bar, Pool Bar Jim's. The shopping plaza is right next door with great shops, grocery store, and good restaurants. I highly recommend him. Trying to navigate an initial signing up for Medicare is anything but easy or painless-especially if you are trying to do it alone. It has space, comfort, and is so close to the beach. Anyone who stays here won't be disappointed! I spoke with Joe and got all my questions answered and all done within minutes !
