There are quite a few lift discussion threads as well as photos in the photo and tire sticky threads to give you a rough idea what the lift kit can do compared with others. After that, I did the rears (by myself) which took like 3 hours total. I am strongly considering this for my WK2 to alleviate some rubbing up front. Should have it installed on the 27th of August. I forgot to mention that I also installed the RRO upper control arms at the same time. Driver side front required pulling the CV out of the differential, it was impossible to get the strut out otherwise. The RRO kit is very well made and heavy duty.
